IT Service Management/Service Desk Project Manager Newcastle upon Tyne6 Month Contract£300 Per Day - OUTSIDE IR35One of my large multi-national clients' is looking to bring on board an experienced Project Manager, with particular exposure to delivering on a Service Desk migration project as well as IT Service Management.Key Skills/Responsibilities You will have previous experience of working as a Project Manager on Service Desk migration, 24/7 Global Application Support Model and IT Service Management. You will have lead on full end to end life-cycles including scope, planning, execution, monitoring and control.Naturally you will be able to communicate with all level of stakeholders, both internal and external and build relationships to support the successful delivery.Agile/Waterfall PM methodologies will be followed so you will be proficient in these.The Next StepsIf you are interested in this role, please submit your CV ASAP to be considered.
