6 Months Contract- Extensions LikelyA Communications Lead is required by our Financial Services client based in London to help deliver comms globally to the 13,500 workforce. You must have a proven track record of demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills as well showing the ability to share innovative ideas on how to communicate messages to the team as they transition to an agile way of working.Technology is rapidly changing with customers wanting to interact more quickly and securely with their service providers and therefore the ability to deliver innovative technology in a rapid, continuous and safe way is at the heart of delivering a simpler, faster and better experience.This role directs and delivers the programme of activity that:Drive employee awareness, understanding and engagement with the global priorities for Technology.Connect the function as a global community.Encourage visible leadership and dialogue.Enable employees to discuss, challenge and contribute ideas.Support the delivery of organisational change including the Transformation.Support the function's people and recognition agenda.

Key Responsibilities:-Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing high impact and sustainable engagement strategies.-Ability to strategically lead the overall communication response to key campaigns, projects and issues.-Experience of leading and operating in a customer-centric, technology-led or technology-enabled organisation and/or large technology function-Proven experience in leading global change and transformation projects.-An experienced leader who can consistently deliver superior team performance, identify and develop talent and work collaboratively with peers.-Experience managing a wide range of stakeholder relationships by matrix and virtually.-Experience leading engagement during periods of significant change.-Gravitas and ability to interact with and coach senior executives.-Ability to understand business issues and devise solutions that deliver results, constructing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issues.-Able to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritise and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues.-Experience of managing budgets and cost plans.
