ICT TechnicianICT Technician - Lincoln - £24,000 per annum + benefits An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced ICT Technician to join an established team within a leading healthcare provider in the East Midlands. The primary responsibility of the ICT Technician is to provide 1st, 2nd, & 3rd line IT Technical support to a number of practices throughout Lincolnshire. The role To provide 1st, 2nd, & 3rd line IT Technical supportPC/Laptop Imaging, PC/Laptop replacements, In place upgrades from W7 to W10 and general hardware storage processesFloor Walking dutiesSome 2nd/3rd Line ICT Support dutiesWorking Knowledge of PCs/Laptops/Peripherals, MS Operating Systems and Software.Previous Field Engineering Experience or involvement with a W10 migration projectBasic Network Knowledge. Please note, to be considered for the ICT Technician position, you must have unrestricted authorisation to work in the United Kingdom and you must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
