Exploratory Tester London to £55k

Exploratory Tester / QA Test Engineer (Data TCP/IP C# SQL BDD TDD) *Remote Interview WFH*. Global FinTech is seeking a highly technical Exploratory Tester to ensure the quality of their flagship high performance multi-threaded trading application with a focus on the data analytics platform.

As an Exploratory Tester you will join an Agile team to test newly developed software, performing exploratory testing and contributing to test automation to prevent defects being introduced to continuous builds.

You'll be based in the City with a collaborative software house environment, modern open plan offices with free breakfast, drinks and snacks and quiet break out areas; you can also enjoy a good work / life balance with flexible working.

Driven by technology this company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures.

Requirements:

Degree educated, 2.1 or above, Computer Science preferred

Strong Exploratory Testing experience

Good understanding of practical networking concepts (TCP/IP)

Ideally you will have experience of working on data centric systems and a good knowledge of SQL

Natural curiosity with advanced analysis and problem solving skills

Desirable: C#, Agile
