A Central London based organisation which provides a broad range of IT and digital services is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join their team offering a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 with flexible working hours around the core hours of 10.00 - 16.00 with the potential to be remote / home based, contributory pension and childcare voucher scheme. As Cyber Security Manager you will:Report to the Cyber Security Director, lead a team responsible for analysing and managing potential IT threats and issues.Establish policies and procedures, monitor systems to identify potential risks, and ensure that all staff and users are trained accordingly.Proactively work to improve security and defensive capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Provide effective leadership to your team by demonstrating best practice and providing ongoing coaching, mentoring and training.Ensure a consistent approach to cyber security is embedded across the wider organisation. We are looking for Cyber Security Managers with:
Demonstrable experience of leading Cyber Security teams and implementing IT projects and policies.Strong technical background and experience of analysing and managing potential threats.An in-depth knowledge of security management and processes as well as legal and regulatory compliance.Proven leadership experience, able to motivate, coach and train team members and develop a positive and inclusive working environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with and, when appropriate, influence and challenge colleagues at all levels.
