As a result of continual growth and securing new, long term contracts, they are looking for a number of people to join the business.In this varied position you will manage customer relationships, ensure processes, procedures and standards are improved and maintained. You will lead the implementation of a new maintenance management system, head up upgrade projects worth £8m to a fleet of vessels that vary in complexity.The ideal candidate will have a management background, experience in engineering (ideally asset management, maritime or transport engineer, although not essential). * Ensure the Engineering processes, procedures and standards are improved and maintained

* Plan, procure and lead £8m upgrade projects for a fleet of vessels

* Introduce a brand new maintenance management system

* Take responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers

* Recognised management qualification

* Engineering knowledge (ideally marine, asset management or transport)

* Effective project and people management skills
