This household name is looking for a Development manager to be accountable for the delivery of technology solutions across enterprise platforms using the latest technologies. This opportunity allows the chance to be a driver for continual improvement. The chosen Development Manager will have the chance to work on a variety of greenfield projects from the start. You will be expected to coordinate and manage the delivery of solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies. This instrumental and varied role will act as a focal point for technical leadership within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:Previous Development Manager or Technical Lead experience working with application and database technologies.Background in the design and delivery of bespoke solutions.Application and code experience within the Microsoft technology stack with cloud technology experience.Azure DevOps ExperienceAgile experience.Line management and mentoring experience.Strong Stakeholder management skillsGood communication skills Desirable experience includes:Pharmaceutical or logistics backgroundExperience of major application migration projects This is a great opportunity for a Development Manager to be a key driving factor in this large company's technology revolution, offering you the chance to work with a talented team of developers.
