An interesting opportunity has arisen to work as a Quality Manager for a large healthcare group within the Medical industry. This company has a successful track record as a Medical Device Manufacturer of high-quality skin protection and ancillary products for use in ostomy, wound care and more recently single use surgical instruments. The company currently export to 30 countries worldwide through a network of 40 distributors. It is an exciting company to work for and has been very successful over the past years.Reporting into the UK Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, the successful Quality Manager will be responsible for providing QA direction and guidance to the UK based businesses. You will be vital to the business' strategy, ensuring the development of Quality Assurance and Control strategy reporting on all aspects of the QMS.You will have responsibility for a small team, and will require 4 years of experience in a quality role.Duties and ResponsibilitiesQuality Compliance experience in a Medical Device customer driven environmentExperience in Medical Device or IVD environment working to ISO Standards and FDA CFR in a continuous improvement environmentSignificantly strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAble to represent the UK QARA team on matters of quality assurance compliance, providing guidance ensuring complianceDeliver internal quality assurance training for departmentsMaking sure the QMS reflects practiceSupport both internal and external auditsExperience in Medical Device or IVD environment working to ISO Standards and FDA CFR in a continuous improvement environmentIf you feel this role is a good fit, and you are able to work in the UK.
