Are you a Quantity Surveyor, from a Civils or Commercial background, looking to join a market leading company who continually invest in their employees and offer an autonomous role?On offer is a flexible role where you will become an expert within the industry for a company that have established relationships with a number of renowned companies in the UK.My client specialise in residential ground works and are looking to continuingly looking to expand within their sector. You will work on a range of projects ensuring that you don't stagnate and that you are consistently challenged technically.This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a Civils or Commerical background looking for a flexible role where you can work on innovative projects.

The Role:- Quantity Surveying for residential groundworks

- Providing commercial and contractual advice and preparing tenders and pricing ongoing variations as projects progress

- Regularly visting customer sites with a company carThe Person:- Relevant Quantity Surveying experience

- From a Civils or Commercial background (Ideally residental groundworks knowledge)
