Technical Bid Writer required within a rapidly growing company with a proven track record in training and development optimising your career potential as you progress into Business Development roles.Established over 40 years ago this defence contractor specialise in the design, manufacture and implementation of underwater, land and military communications systems. Having recently undergone expansion they are now looking for an additional Technical Bid Writer to implement procurement in accordance with project workload.In this role you will Design, develop and manage technical proposals including technical content and designs. Other duties will include coordinating the preparation of good inwards in accordance to completion of new bids as well as ensuring all documentation conforms to tender compliance legislation.The ideal candidate will need to have a good commercial understanding developing and drawing upon your technical expertise/ knowledge of Electronics, Electrical, Firmware, Communications or Defence Industries. You will be a creative individual that enjoys thinking outside the box, with an eye for detail and a analytical mind with the ability to problem solve promptly operational issues.The Role:*Undertake analytical review of company processes

* Design, develop and manage technical proposals

* coordinating the preparation of good inwards maintaining bid completion

*Production of Audits and documentation in compliance to tender legislation

*In a vibrant office in Chertsey, Surrey

*£45,000-£50,000 pa + Progression + Training + Healthcare

The Person:*Background in Compliance or Technical Bid Writing

*Technical expertise in Electronics, Electrical, Firmware or Communications Industries.

*HNC or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or technical industry knowledge
