Service Delivery Engineer/2nd Line/O365/Active Directory/Salary up to £30K + Car AllowanceReed have the pleasure with partnering up with one of UK's most modern and forward thinking home builders who are keen to add an experienced Service Delivery Engineer to their team.Based in Stafford the Service Delivery Engineer will be focused on providing a first class level of customer service to all users and act as the 2nd Line escalation point for the service desk. The successful candidate will be remotely supporting multiple sites around the area such as Coleshill and Enderby. There is some travel involved in this role when delivering, deploying and configuring any hardware which cannot be done remotely.Our client is offering a competitive salary, a car allowance (optional) and all travel expenses are covered upfront.Your role as a Service Delivery Engineer:Support and troubleshoot services such as 2nd line support on all allocated ticketsMaintain users (account configuration, starters & leavers, support new users, mailboxes)Update processes and maintain documentationNetwork troubleshooting (Support infrastructure team only when necessary)Escalate any issues to 3rd line support teamKeep on top of all tickets issuedSkills required:At least 2 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent customer service & time management skillsExperience with O365 & MS TeamsBasic understanding of PowerShell (Required for mailboxes)Familiar with Apple devices such as iPad & iPhone roll outsActive Directory and networking fundamentalsMust hold a full UK drivers licence The interview process will start from Wednesday 8th July 2020 so if you're interested in this Service Delivery Engineer role then please apply now or get directly in touch with me on
