We have been engaged on an exclusive basis to help source an IT Manager to support a user base of 380 across a number of UK sites. This will be a hands-on IT Manager role but will also include management of two direct reports. Our clients have facilities in Hampton, Surbiton, High Wycombe and Solihul. The successful candidate can attach themselves to whichever site is closest to their home, but will be expected to travel between sites as required.

Essential experience:

The successful candidate will possess an advanced working knowledge of the following platforms:

*Microsoft Windows Servers (Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers, File Servers/services, Terminal Servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell),

*Microsoft SQL

*VMWare ESXi and Vcenter

*Amazon AWS or MS Azure

Job Purpose

*To ensure that a robust IT and telecoms infrastructure supports the varied requirements of the users

*To procure hardware and manage all software and support contracts.

*To ensure national cyber security standards are met.

*To lead the development of assistive technologies to further support users
