Wireless Network Engineer£40,000 + Van + 33 days holiday +Midlands- Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, Oxford, Worcester, GloucesterAre you experienced in designing wireless networks and looking for a varied role working on bespoke projects with a company that are expanding and in investing in their teams?This is a great time to join in a period of rapid growth, you will be designing bespoke high speed wireless networks for rural communities using the latest kit. There are plenty of opportunities to progress as the company continues to grow.The company have been growing quickly over the past few years and want to become the go to ISP in their industry. You will get lots of freedom in creating and implementing networks designs in challenging environments.This would suit someone with experience designing wireless networks including RF theory and Microwave radios, with ambition to continue your professional development.The Role:

- Design of bespoke high speed wireless networks for a leading Rural ISP

- Troubleshooting and technical leadership in installations

- Travelling to sites where needed

- Working with RF technology, Microwave radios, WISP networks, Ubiquiti, MikrotikThe Person:

- Experience designing wireless networks / projects

- Knowledge of RF and microwave technology

- Happy to be a main point of contact for technical issues / questions
