Role - Agile Product Owner

Our client is seeking highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Product Owners to guide the development of our FIBER Design teams. As Product Owner you will serve the end-user, customer or stakeholders and you will be the main customer voice to the Agile teams. You owner will do the research of the customer needs, analyse the end-user feedback and validates the hypothesis from stakeholders or customers. You are the real bridge between customer and scrum team.
The teams solutions, design, develop, test and bring into production the IT solutions for the FIBER Design and documentation systems.
Together with the Product manager as PO you will develop and maintains a vision for the product and is responsible for communicating that vision to the Agile teams. as PO you will work with architects, product management and development teams to ensure that business, quality and functional goals are met with each product release.
As Product owner you will have the lead to define stories, prioritise them and follow-up the Agile Scrum based Software development. Define software release plan and scope with platform leads (RTE/Architect/Program manager).
Role & Responsibilities
*Close collaboration with stakeholders and other Product Owners to define the overall strategy and vision of the product focused on delivering value to customers.
*Translates that vision into a Product Roadmap and creates User Stories.
*Is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the product: from vision until delivery to the customer.
*Participates in the ceremonies of the team (e.g. daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives)
*Communicates status externally to stakeholders. The product owner is the voice of the Team to the outside world and should ensure that all channels of communications are open with the necessary stakeholders.
When working in SCRUM
*Explain the user stories (functional and non-functional requirements) to the agile team during sprint planning. Refine acceptance criteria and prioritised based on team's feedback
*Determine the sprint goal and guide the team towards it during the sprint
*Explain the link in between current scope and product's vision. Ensure ultimate focus on customer value
Experience in business or technical function (ideally product management, marketing, functional analyst, business analyst, process management, UI/UX experience)
Soft Skills:
*Strong business background: demonstrated ability to collect user feedback and understand current and future customer needs.
*Strong communication skills: able to involve and engage people around a common vision. Able to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds (business and technical)
*Fluent in English
