Were an award-winning young studio who create bespoke furniture and sculptural artwork from our workshop near Newcastle-upon-Tyne, exporting throughout the world. Were deeply passionate about the industrial heritage of our region, which plays a key role in inspiring what we do.
Our closely-knit team of designers, craftsmen and metalworkers are looking for a talented Studio Manager to help keep us in order. We need an organiser, an admin wizard, someone with fantastic people skills who can help run a tight ship.
Although this is not a design role, having an interest is a big advantage. Experience in administrative or studio management roles is preferable, but first and foremost were looking for a candidate with the right attitude, who shares our passion for working hard towards exciting goals.

Initially well need you to do the following, although the role can evolve with your own ambitions...
- Liaising with our clients
- Responding to enquiries, both by phone and by email
- Managing our online sales platforms
- Logistical support and planning of collections, exports and deliveries
- Ordering from and making payments to our suppliers
- Book-keeping (Xero experience useful)
- Providing general admin assistance to our team
- Acting as our key HR contact for team members
- Planning our social events

Usual working hours are 8am-5pm, with a 3pm on Friday finish. There will be some circumstances where overtime is required.
