Mechanical Design Engineer - Precision ComponentsWhitstable, Kent£35'000 - £40'000 + Expanding Company + Career Development + 25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysDesign engineer role on offer for a company that has a reputation for retaining and developing staff, has heavily invested into their modern site and has grown throughout this tough period.Do you have experience of designing and developing mechanical products? Have you been involved in NPI and taking products through the life cycle?This company design and manufacture of specialist solutions for a broad range of industries including a host of prestigious clients. They have seen a healthy order book through a challenging period and currently require a Mechanical Design Engineer to help them continue to build for the future.You will be designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions that have been instrumental in some of the world's most recognised products. This position is very much geared towards NPI and continually improving design processes and taking products from initial specification right through to customer delivery.The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in engineering and a mechanical design background that is heavily linked to NPI and product development. You'll have experience of working closely with other departments right the way from spec to manufacture and delivery.The Role:
