Business Analyst Leeds to £90k

Business Analyst / Agile BA (Agile RESTful API microservices CRM Salesforce) *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst with a strong knowledge of Agile? You could be progressing your career at a fast growing FinTech solutions provider whose SaaS banking applications are helping to disrupt UK consumer banking and bring technology enabled change that effects people's everyday lives.

As a Business Analyst you'll partner with multiple feature teams, completing detailed analysis on your assigned journey's, features and epics and translate these into meaningful user stories with acceptance criteria to help shape the product roadmap with a focus on Salesforce CRM solutions. You'll evangelise refinement, facilitate SME discussions and collaborate with the Salesforce software development team and wider business being mindful of cross project dependencies.

You'll be based in in Central Leeds in a highly motivated team atmosphere with flexible working opportunities (2-3 days a week work from home; 100% during social distancing measures including remote interview and onboarding).

Requirements:

Advanced Business Analysis skills with experience of Agile delivery using Scrum or SAFe

Strong technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, with a good understanding of microservices

Experience working closely with software developers and UX designers

Good knowledge of Salesforce, ideally with build / implementation experience

Advanced experience with requirements gathering, writing epics and user stories with acceptance criteria (using TDD / BDD)

Experience with Confluence or JIRA

Collaborative nature with excellent written and verbal communication skills
