3rd line Engineer and Team Lead - Ossett - £30k-£40k

A public company with sites across the globe are looking for someone with good 3rd line support engineer experience to join an international manufacturing firm with HQ in Ossett. This role will involve travel all over the world to sites in India and the US amongst others, however this will be occasional, not frequent. The company: -Roughly 1000 end-users worldwide with and international IT Support function

-'Roll-your-sleeves-up' attitude across the team - this is a must have for anyone joining

-Longevity - more people have retired from the team than left for a new role! The role will be 70% hands on with the tech listed below in order of importance and 30% team leadership, overseeing a team of 6 support staff from 1st-3rd line across the world. You will need to lead from the front with good technical ability, this is the primary requirement - leadership is less important Technical Skills Upcoming projects include a data centre upgrade using Citrix and VMware, global Exchange to Office 365 migration and configuration of applications like SharePoint Online, Active Directory and Azure AD/AD Connect to accompany the migration.

Essential technical skills include: -VMWare

-Citrix

-Office 365 / Exchange

-Active Directory

-Windows Server Less essential

-Veeam and Symantec (or similar)

-CISCO

-SharePoint Benefits 26 days holiday
