I have an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer / solicitor to join an NHS organisation on an interim basis, in the Yorkshire area. Essential Skills: Qualified lawyer/ solicitorLegal executive Excellent time management skills can manage team/Apprentice Highly committed Flexible working IT Literate working autonomously Desirable skills: worked within an NHS Organisation before Had experience within clinical negligence Inquests Trained or been shadowed by an apprentice Use to senior level work Day to Day Duties: clinical negligence employee liability representing the trust at inquest hearings supervising a legal apprentice managing a team of 4 band 7 and below employees being part of a big organisation and supporting where necessary With this role you will be able to work from the comfort of your own home during this time, you will also be provided with a laptop so you can carry out your role. The organisation are using Microsoft teams to carry out meetings.
