Transformation/Strategy/Roadmap/Delivery/Implementation/Oracle/Resource Management An excellent and unique opportunity for a hands on Programme Manager experienced with transformation and change management, resource management (both internal and external) within the context of a large software implementation with excellent relationship building experience.1. Lead on the development of a detailed catalogue of services that can be provided for other organisations2. Define the onboarding strategy for Shared Services3. Lead on work to actively identify and follow up on opportunities with organisations.4. Define and plan the detailed transformational roadmap (IT, process and people) and activity needed within Shared Services to provide cost effective, high value services.5. Lead the delivery resources to deliver the agreed roadmap.6. Lead on complex and detailed discussions with senior stakeholders to understand requirements.7. Lead on the development of a detailed business case for each collaboration/ agreement to prove the case and clearly set out what the deliverables are, the costs, benefits and timescales.8. Lead the end to end agreed on boarding process on behalf of the organisation ensuring that all timescales and agreed deliverables are met.9. Lead on the commercial training programme required to upskill staff within Shared Services.10. Lead on the change activity needed in the onboarding and onboarded organisations to ensure they can get the most from the delivery model and agreement.11. Jointly chair with the AD for Shared Services the governance delivery boards that the senior stakeholders (customers) of the services will attend.12. Be the first point of contact for all issues raised and resolve wherever possible.13. Lead on all digital activity within Shared Services, ensuring that we maximise self-service and streamline all processes to save significant time and add significant value for staff.
