Work as the quality manager for a company that produces and operates cloud based software products for the automotive sector for garage management and customer aftercare. Implement, deploy and maintain a management system that is independently certified to meet the requirements of ISO9001 and improve the quality of products through training and process improvement.Responsibilities
Creation, deployment and management of Business Management System (that includes ISMS and QMS)Develop, manage and maintain policies, processes and proceduresManaging and maintaining certification ISO9001Manage the risk management system for the businessManage and monitor projects and processes to achieve the quality objectivesManage and operate Internal auditsManage and operate the issue management and CAPA processesProvide quality training to staff as appropriateAct as quality advisor for productsAdvise senior management on quality issuesSupervise daily quality operationsKeep up to date on quality, issues, market trends and toolsDeputise for and work in conjunction with the Quality officer
Essential Skills
Extensive knowledge of information security ISO9001Basic Knowledge of IS27001 Information Security ManagementSelf-motivated and able to act independently.Management of suppliersManagement and interaction with customersExcellent written and verbal skills in EnglishStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsTraining and presentation skills
Desirable Skills
Root cause analysisStatistical analysisExperience of quality of implementing and operating cloud based software systemsExperience of quality concepts and improvement within a software businessExtensive Knowledge of IS27001 Information Security Management and operating in a business with an ISMSUnderstanding of software development (AGILE, SCRUM, Waterfall)
Requirements
Computer science, software or Technical degreeMinimum of 3 years in a similar role
