Business Process Analyst (BPMN)
Central London
£55,000 per annum
The role will be expected long term to be 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home
Brand new role created in a change management team for a successful investments business. Going through a major change across the group, this role will join a 3 year transformation and will be the sole BA running the process mapping and process re-engineering for this change happening in the group. You will also set up the standards, governance and methodologies. The business works in a Waterfall model / Prince2.
Responsibilities:
* Work with business managers and employees to understand and document business requirements and processes across affected business areas
* To develop complete and accurate business models including process, data and organisation
* To understand, document and prioritise business requirements across affected business areas
* To work with business owners to develop optimal solutions
* Work within project teams to plan and analyse work, and highlight risks and issues
* Create project initiation documents defining high-level scope
* Work with business owners to define acceptance criteria
* Support user acceptance testing
* Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
Skills:
* Experience in a business analyst role in a professional service environment
* Experience of business process modelling using a recognised methodology
* Experience of facilitating workshops to gather requirements and define processes
* Experience of working on both business change and technology-centric projects
* Self-motivated and proactive, able to work with minimal direct supervision
* Able to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business
* Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
* Excellent analytical and process improvement/business transformation skills
