As part of our clients on-going growth plans, we are looking to hire a talented Team Leader for the Business Analytics Consulting Team in London. You will build this team from the ground up and have the opportunity to work with a number of globally recognised brands.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data focused process improvement and know how to assist businesses in using the data for business change initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor to customers on how to best use the products and services as well as utilising the large data sets to help improve business performance.
As this is a growing team you will need to initially focus on delivering deep insights into our customer's processes utilizing client's data and team growth but you will also need to have proven leadership capability as you will have on-going responsibility of the team.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Team Leadership experienceStrong understanding of Data - You will not be expected to write SQL queries but an awareness is importantBusiness Change and Transformation knowledge.Excellent analytical skills - applying technology solutions to improve business performance.Strategic background with a strong business focus.Core Responsibilities:
