My Client a leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Brussels Belguim requires a Process Validation Engineer
Description:
The mission is to be carried out within the Site Process validation department of Braine L alleud (Belgium) who is responsible for carrying out the qualification and validation activities of the Site.
The department is made up of 3 Business Units:
DS & pilot BU
Pharma BU
BU IV & Bio
The mission will take place more precisely in the Aseptic & Bioprocess Business Unit
The mission aims to support the equipment qualification, process validation and cleaning activities within the department:
Qualification of a still
Cleaning validation
Process validation
Depending on the priorities of the projects and the evolution of these, the workload may change.
Responsibilities:
These activities include the preparation of protocols, reports, risk analyzes; follow-up and/or execution of tests, treatment of deviations and associated investigation
Professional experience and skills required:
Engineer or equivalent experience
A minimum of 4 years experience in the field of qualification and validation in an industrial pharmaceutical environment
Experience in cleaning validation or process validation required
Fluent French (activities, documents and working environment in French)
Understanding and ease of expression in English (documents and contacts with outside companies)
Ability to take responsibility and decisions
Ability to manage contacts with the various project stakeholders
Ability to be innovative and enterprising.
Research and analyze the causes of failures, and propose innovative solutions to remedy them

Ability to coordinate different qualification activities at the same time
