Program Manager: CRM Data Integration (m/f/x) Are you an experienced Program Manager (m/f) looking for a new project? Our client, a large pharmaceuticals company offers an interesting and exciting opportunity for freelance Program Manager (m/f/x).You should be willing to work in a global team and should be willing to travel approx. 20% of your time. Your role as Program Manager: CRM Data Integration (m/f/x)Orchestrates and oversees multiple streams/projects within the integration workstream focusing on CRM customer data and reference data integrationsTrack progress of multiple streams linked to Customer Data integration in the CRM contextDrive clarification of integration scope within the program, with Affiliates and global functionsCoordinates with Product Owners and IT leads to understand affiliate landscape assessments in key areas (data assessment, integration assessment, core process model assessment)Understand high level business process to provide guidance on scope, and analysis capabilities vs requirementsPlan end-to-end integrations: timelines, efforts, resourcesManage proactively dependencies and impedimentsPlan data migration activitiesOversees team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisitionEffectively manages suppliers/vendor performanceOversees the fulfilment of the program and its 'releases acceptance criteria' and test outcome Required skills8y of experience in leading customer data projects: BI/analytics/CRM customer data/reference dataProven background in leading global integrations projects, at minimum one global program in a similar environment (Pharma / Life Sciences)CRM / Customer Master data domain knowledge in Pharma/Life SciencesExperience with configuration projects; strong focus on vendor managementAbility to work globally and to connect global / regional / local needsLikes to orchestrates relationships to business colleagues, IT partners, suppliers and vendorsUnderstands and knows the analytics market and industry trends as well as best practicesVery good communicator in English - written, verbal Further informationLocation: Basel CountryStart date: June 2020Duration: 12 months Interested?
