Remote Working Senior Coordinator

We are looking for a senior care coordinator who will focus on both team and service management. Your time will be spent within both the office and community environment, providing hands on management and high quality person centred care and support.

You will be required to manage inquiries; both face to face and on the phone, liaise and delegate effectively within the staff team, coordinate and maintain client schedules on a monthly, weekly and daily basis and monitor carer hours and punctuality including building relationships with the council.

You will be required, from time to time, to cover client visits and will share responsibility for the on call phone.

This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled care professional who is seeking the first step into management and to ultimately progress into a deputy manager role.

We are looking for applications from candidates who have a significant background within the care sector and who can demonstrate excellent rota/scheduling knowledge and experience. You will possess comprehensive CQC knowledge and be competent in working as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative

You must already have extensive knowledge and experience of rota management, care policies and procedures.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. You must hold a minimum of the QCF level 3 in health and social care.
