Technical Author - £400-£450 per day - 3 Months+ contract.

Summary of Position: Assisting the company infrastructure team in its support of a major banking customer and the company internal IT infrastructure. 

Primary Responsibilities

Banking customer project documentation

Occasional first line support for customer infrastructure

Participate in the company infrastructure team tasks

Test, improve and use company documentation for routine company IT infrastructure maintenance tasks

Personal Specification

Essential

Extensive experience of strategic IT projects

Team player, willing to work in the company office and to existing company methods and standards, high integrity, willing to accept correction

Basic understanding of IT principles, networks, operating systems and applications

Desirable

Able to offer suggestions for improvement

Microsoft and VMWare familiarity
