Our Client offers a rewarding benefits package which includes a company car allowance, company pension, medical health insurance and 33 days holiday.As the Performance Solutions Consultants your main duties include:Performance solution consultants will be focused in supporting two key areas of the customer facing Digital Earthworks operationOptimising the use, set up and maintenance of equipment, software solutions and site earthworks technologiesPerformance Solutions Consultants will be working in partnership with customer teams to bring data driven insight to optimise delivery of KPI's and drive operational continuous improvementFully understand customers key business drivers, business processes and outcomes to shape and deliver compelling propositions to improve their business performanceSkills & experience required for this position:Strong experience of implementing digital technology and software solutions within a customer operational environmentExcellent working knowledge of SAP Business Objects, Azure/AWS/Cloud analytics platforms & Microsoft Office suitesOperational experience with virtual surveying/geospatial technologies such as Digital EarthworksAbility to analyse large amounts of data to provide solutions to operational challengesQualified in Six Sigma/Lean Processes/Degree in Engineering or similar Excellent communication skillsDrone experience with suitable pilot licence (DESIRABLE) If you're interested in this Performance Solutions Consultant opportunity and would like to be considered then please apply now or send your CV directly I will be accepting any candidate referrals if you know someone suitable for this role, please share this advert and ask them to get in touch.***You'll be rewarded with some high street vouchers if your referral is successful ***
