C++ Developer / Junior Software Engineer Bristol to £90k

C++ Developer / Junior Software Engineer (C++ Linux Python) *Remote Interview*. Are you a technologist seeking complex and challenging systems to apply your skills? As a C++ Developer you will design, code, test and deploy high performance, distributed C++ systems that enable trading on more than eighty financial exchanges across the globe and processes multi-petabyte data sets on one of the most powerful computing grids in the world. You'll be introducing critical features to the real-time trading platform and working with global teams to efficiently deliver high quality software releases.

Requirements:

Outstanding record of academic achievement, minimum 2.1 at BSc, likely to have studied further (MSc / PhD); Computer Science or closely related discipline

Strong C++ development skills on Linux

Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including Object Orientated Programming, Data Structures, threading models and networking

Familiar with Python

Logical mindset with a love of problem solving and the aptitude to learn quickly
