So you must have a proven background in shaping the way truly successful client interacts with their customers and show real value and through technology enhances their customer experience.You need to be able to hit the ground running pretty immediately and have excellent senior stakeholders skills as you will need to create the roadmap and package all the dependence's/ requirements working with a high specialist resource team.You must have a strong Microsoft background that covers ERP/CRM applications / Dynamics 365 is ideal to understand have different elements of the business work together and aid the strategic vision.So you must have a strategic and creative background who understands how to maximise technology to provide value to transform a customer journey and expectations.If this role is of interest please send me your cv asap - start within 1 week.
