Requirements:

You have experience in a Technical Support / 2^nd line support role

You have scripting experience (Python / SQL experience preferred)

You have a strong appreciation for the software development lifecycle

You are a passionate technologist who is keen to advance their career to a development role

You're a positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively

Beneficial: you're familiar with any of the following tech they use, Java / Groovy / Golang
