One of our clients based in Cambridge are looking to add a Princiapl DevOps Engineer specialising in Azure DevOps to their expanding Cloud Division.The main role of the Principal DevOps Engineer is to contribute to the improvement of their current Azure DevOps practices and processes through areas such as CI/CD pipelines and containers such as Docker, AKS & Kubernetes.Our client is currently on a Azure DevOps journey and this role will suit someone who's had previous experience in joining a company and improving processes and pipelines.In order to be considered for this role, it would also be nice to have some of the following:Azure Certifications Extensive experience using ARM Templates, Terraform & PowershellExperience working with containers such as Docker, AKS & KubernetesPrevious experience leading a team of DevOps EngineersTrack record of improving a DevOps culture within an engineering teamExposure to other areas such as architecture, networking & infrastructureAny experience with AWS or GCPWhilst the majority of these skills are great to have, ultimately they're looking for a strong all rounder who can provide both technical and consulting expertise to technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.So if you like the sound of this role then please reach out to me via the following methods:Office Line: 0191 300 1800Email: [email protected]LinkedIn: 'Chris Garside'Anything discussed will remain 100% confidential and fully compliant with GDPR
