Job DescriptionI have a client that operates within the Medical sector, they are currently looking for someone to be a part of their Swedish expansion, there organisation is already extremely profitable in Norway and Finland and are delivering high end inventory management systems to hospitals, clinics and other medium sized medical clients.We are looking at a very strong journey to take the helm of a very well developed Nordic operation and help craft the path for their latest journey into the Swedish health care markets.With 200+ customers in Norway the IMS is far past proof of concept and is a proven success story in terms of the value it will add to the customer side but also extremely profitable to the person responsible for selling the product.

Role & Responsibilities Engage with a network of Swedish Medical organisations, interacting with customers to shine a light on the value of the new Inventory management system. Customer site meetings and demonstrations of software, communication with technical teams to help better inform customers of the right approach to the software they can harness. development of a sales team to complement you in your approach on YOUR market, taking your time to develop the approach that you will steer the team in.

Skills & Qualifications A demonstrable sales record of success and highlights of challenges you may have over come. A Well natured approach within a customer centric environment, finely tuned soft skills are an absolute must! The drive to develop a well established product and be a part of a territory expansion.Benefits Very solid fixed salary + 2.5 month bonus. Company car.
