Cloud Network Engineer - Azure / AWS vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:5+ years Network Engineering expertise as well as experience in designing, supporting, troubleshooting and deploying network configurationsKnowledge on public cloud networking concepts, firewalls and network security combined with very good technical knowledge on routing protocols such as BGP and ISISData center centric know-how including SDN or ACI, switching, routing and firewalling technologiesSolid technical knowledge of enterprise networking solutions for very large environments including multi cloud integration concepts such as Express, Route and Direct Connect along with working experience with Azure, AWS and Alibaba including deploying virtual security and network appliancesLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken; German is a plusYour tasks:Implementing public cloud networking and security solutions as well as performing development activities in order to provide reliable and scalable automation from a deployment point of viewBeing responsible for the design, engineering and implementation of public cloud networking infrastructure and integrations aspects between public cloud and on-premiseWorking on aggressive timelines engaging with application teams to troubleshoot highly secure and complex network environmentsCollaborating with multiple teams in agile environmentsCandidates who are based within a daily commute to Zurich, living in Switzerland or have a current Swiss work permit are highly preferred.
