You will utilise your skill set with; SQL Server / ITIL / T-SQL to work in a customer support focused position, supporting out bespoke applications. Being proactive, you will play an essential part of our support team headed up by the Support Team Leader, focusing on 2nd Line Support level tickets and ensuring rapid closure of these in line with agreed SLA's. Focusing on the customer experience as always, there is an opportunity to support 10,000 organisations daily, along with all the progression you could ask for.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….. SQL Server / ITIL / T-SQLIdeally at least 2 years' commercial experienceGreat attitudeDesire to learn and embrace new skillsIT'S NICE TO HAVE…..
