Project Manager | PMO | Agile | Basingstoke | Permanent | jobProject Manager required to join a small, innovative Healthcare company with big ambitions based in Basingstoke. As the Project Manager you will play a central role in co-ordinating, controlling and reporting across the Programme on the status, issues, resource and budget. Your role will be to identify, assess, plan and track all projects that are required as part of the Programme scope. You will have responsibility for the co-ordination and completion of projects on time, budget and scope, flagging and managing risks and dependencies.ResponsibilitiesCreate plans for delivery for all initiatives and workstreams in the Programme;Track progress against milestones, manage or escalate issues as appropriate;Capture resource utilisation (budget and key resource);Liaise with 3rd parties on progress, capturing status, issues and resource plans;Report on Portfolio status to key stakeholders;Create summary reports highlighting progress against milestones;Work with stakeholders to understand their objectives and jointly plan their delivery;Ensure change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team;Facilitate communication across all business stakeholders, and third parties to ensure complete transparency of project status and implementation plans;Ensure appropriate documentation is collated under a comprehensive configuration management approach;Manage the process of capturing and communicating project lessons learned, to recommend and develop the approach to project delivery;Support the Head of Programme Management in making recommendations for improvements in ways of working and identify opportunities to apply innovative techniques and thinkingExperience & SkillsEducated to 'A' level or equivalent; graduate qualification advantageous;Solid understanding of project management methodologies and techniques;Good understanding and experience of applying project management good practice;Familiarity with applying a PMO function desirable;Broad understanding of commercial and operational scope and drivers preferred;Experience in working in small, dynamic organisations (or teams) applying Agile principles is essential;Able to communicate in an open and effective manner with key stakeholders, verbally and in writing;Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to negotiate and influence effectively;A strong level of self-motivation and drive;Good organisational and documentation skills;Able to work under pressure, prioritise and deliver according to deadlines;Confident and effective team player;Ability to facilitate groups and manage meetings effectivelyIf this role is of interest then please hit apply now!** Our phone lines are being diverted to a mobile (not mine) but due to the projected number of applications please refrain from calling ** Project Manager | PMO | Agile | Basingstoke | Permanent | job
