This Home Based Business Development Director role is an outstanding opportunity for exceptional sales people to participate in the growth of an exciting company and share in the rewards from a public listing within the foreseeable future. This company has achieved extra-ordinary growth over the past five years doubling turnover and profit year on year, they are on target to achieve turnover in excess of £25m this year. As the Business Development Director your role will include:Driving the company’s growth to the next level.Selling a patented product that has no direct competitive alternative.Having a strong pipeline of new product developments. This company has demonstrated significant successes in winning large blue-chip contacts both in the UK and Europe. It is able to clearly show substantial cost savings to the client over traditional methods together with the ability to complete works with the minimum of disruption in the fastest possible time. Some key selling points include:
The ability to stabilise over 5,000 m2 per day per dust free mixerMultiple surface designs to suit client usage and traffic needs.Excellent environmental credentials through vastly reduced traffic flows eliminating muckaway and lowering stone imports significantly.Ability to decommission temporary roads and compounds and fully restore the subsoil to the original agricultural or parkland status.Capability to design adoptable roads, piling and crane platforms. The successful Business Development Director will have the following skills and experience:
Be a proven out and out sales winner with previous Business Development / Account Management / Sales experience.A strong background in the relevant market sector - Civil Engineering, Construction, Earthworks, Groundworks.A solid understanding of soil stabilisation. You will be joining a dynamic, highly profitable and fast growing company with a unique and patented process in the soil stabilisation sector with specific specialisation in access roads, haul roads, compounds, earthworks and capping contaminated ground. In return, the Business Development Director will receive a base salary of £50,000 - £75,000 pa depending upon experience with uncapped OTE £95,000.
