Role: Experienced Java DeveloperLocation: Currently remote (later: Warsaw, 4 days on-site, 1 day remote).Opportunity type: B2B One of the biggest Fintech companies in the world with offices in Warsaw is looking for a back-end developer to join their company on B2B basis to work on a strategic trading platform that will drive real-time decision making by traders on a global scale.The ideal candidate would have experienced and interest in building a large scale distributed system that is fast, accurate and highly reliable. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or well documented long programming historyKnowledge about popular design patterns and algorithmsSome of the current tech stack: Java 8 and 11, Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, MongoDB, react.js, etc.Experience designing scalable and reliable systems, with a focus on APIs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with large-scale low-latency distributed systemsKnowledge of the financial sector is a plus.
