Utilising your programming and core systems skills, you will be improving and expanding their products, and responding to client briefs. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have a great level of autonomy, and will ultimately play a huge role in the development of the business.Key responsibilitiesIn this Graduate Software Developer job, your responsibilities will include:

'€¢Getting hands on with coding, testing and deploying order management features'€¢Helping to develop ultra-low latency exchange protocol'€¢Writing algorithmic and order routing logic'€¢Analysis of the data coming through to use it intelligently'€¢Using Java skills to create clean and efficient code

Job requirements

'€¢Excellence at university, having studied Computer Science or similar to the highest level - a minimum of a 2.1 BSc degree'€¢Proven experience using GitHub, can provide a link to code or a previous project'€¢Core knowledge and experience in a variety of open source tools and technical languages'€¢A good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others'€¢Someone who is able to prioritise in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment'€¢Experience with, and knowledge of different networks & systems'€¢Someone who has worked with computers from before university
