My exceptional Devon-based client is looking for a change manager to join their Business Readiness team. You will take the lead on change and engagement activities, ensuring smooth transitions during their digital transformation.

You will:Develop and deliver strategies, visions and goals that will encourage stakeholder engagementPrepare the business for the transitions to new processes and ensure all business areas are able to cope with the level of changeReduce the risks and impacts that the change will have on the business and it's employees Skills & Qualifications:Experience managing transformation projectsStrong stakeholder managementExperience designing and implementing organisation-wide training
