ServiceNow Administrator (certification essential) - Leeds City Centre, West Yorkshire, £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + 10% bonusGlobal professional services firm are seeking to hire a talented ServiceNow Admin professional to be based at their European tech hub in Leeds City Centre.
Responsibilities
• Administrator level BAU / ad-hoc requests
• Assist in projects and growing requirements that the system requires across all modules
• Assist in the implementation / adoption of ITSM / ITIL / ISP / SOC policies-procedures
Skills required
• Experience of ServiceNow as a certified Administrator
• Understanding of Windows Server/MSSQL/Exchange/AD/IIS
• Reporting experience
• Experience with process automation and agile working
Desirable skills:
• Experience working with SOAP/REST API's
• Knowledge of Scripting Languages (Powershell/Java/SQL), and of ITIL/ITSM best practices
