Technical Tester / QA Engineer (C# Microsoft Agile). Pioneering global FinTech is seeking a capable Technical Tester to enhance their capabilities and take ownership of testing alongside accomplished colleagues. They currently serve over 1,000 clients over 40 countries, so this Technical Tester role is an extraordinary opportunity to make an impact in a hugely successful organisation.

As a Technical Tester you'll be a core member of a talented software development team, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the group's desktop-based application releases. You'll work across manual and automated mission-critical testing, (they script in C#) carrying out user acceptance and systems testing of complex applications with an end-user-centric approach.

In this Technical Tester role you'll partner with talented teams in an Agile, dynamic and fast paced development environment, taking responsibility of a portfolio of business critical applications. You'll have an opportunity to make an impact through taking ownership of testing phases as well as participating in future enhancements.

Requirements:

You have manual and automated testing experience (and demonstrable knowledge of testing in an Agile environment)

You have strong automated scripting skills in C#

You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Toolsets and environments, e.g. Visual Studio / Coded UI / SharePoint / SQL

You have experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment

Desirable: specific experience testing financial software in desktop web technologies / ISEB/ISTQB foundation certificate in Software Testing
