Graduate Technical Consultant

Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with a market leading software solutions provider in Leamington Spa to recruit a Graduate Technical Consultant to join and be a part of a growing successful consultancy team.

The Role

We are looking for a forward thinking graduate, with a creative approach and excellent communication skills, to join this market leading organisation at and exciting time of rapid growth. Above all we're looking for people who are motivated by innovation.

Our client will work with you to create your personal development plan, maximizing on what you've learned during your university course and providing you with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new and existing skills.

The Responsibilities

*Analyse data using in-house software to deliver accurate results for inclusion in technical and management reports.

*Use GIS tools and in-house software to deliver repeatable efficient solutions to routine tasks

*Assist with the delivery of project work using project management tools and techniques

*Assist with delivering Business Improvement Initiatives

*Keep up to date with all changes and new initiatives

*Liaise regularly with Sales to ensure consultancy opportunities are maximized

*Opportunities to lead and manage projects

The Requirements

*Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical people

*Excellent written and oral communication

*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

*Ability to work within a technical environment

*Keen to work within a highly innovative organisation, and confident in contributing creative ideas to improve client experience

*Excellent IT skills and a sound understanding of GIS applications, databases and spreadsheet programmes

*Able to work within set timescales, thriving under pressure whilst maintaining a customer focused approached

*A commitment to continuous development and improvement, team-working and the highest possible professional standards
