My client is an award winning software house with multiple European hubs, set on dominating the fintech market with their range of products targeted at financial services organisations, with the end user at the forefront of their design and development.You will be working for an organisation that is continuously growing and developing their team with training provided across a range of JS frameworks and various other bleeding edge technologies.Client DetailsMy client have sites in the East Midlands, with this role either being based in Nottingham or Grantham (you can decide!) and are developing a range of projects, some ongoing, and some in their infancy that you can be involved with.This is the ideal role for a frontend JavaScript developer that is passionate about using new technologies, frameworks and wants to improve continuously. You will have a genuine passion for software development, system design and creating beautiful, function products with the end user in mind.DescriptionNo day will be the same as the last, however typical responsibilities include:Wireframing and translating designer mock upsSystem design and developmentCreating clean and scalable code using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Angular.js (Version 2-5 ideally)Liaising with designers and developers in your team regularlyProfileYou will have skills in:RESTful web servicesJS frontend frameworks - AngularJS ideallySolid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system designVersion controlLatest industry standards and web best practiceDESIRABLE but not essential - React, NodeJS/NPM/Grunt/WebPack - Vagrant / PuPHPet / HomesteadJob OfferA salary of up to £45,000 DOE28 days holidayFlexible working hours and potential for remote working after probationary periodPension schemeSocial eventsOnsite parkingCycle to work scheme
