Senior Developer Role

Spring Technology are proud to partner with an exciting and growing VR / AR company that is breaking boundaries with B2B solutions in the retail, research and out-of-home advertising sectors. The business model is Software as a Service, bringing companies on board with creation and license fees. They are a flexible, fast-moving and growing fast, with offices in London, Stockholm and Belgrade. We are on the hunt for a new Technical Lead!

The Role

*Owns technological solutions to implement designs made for our customers

*Owns solutions to support the client's business strategy and service delivery

*Platforms we deliver to customers, e.g. Vodafone, Resilient and similar future solutions

*Tech stack: repositories, publishing, testing

*Tech X, the internal support team

*Creates and implements short and long-term strategy in terms of technological growth

*Leads the implementation and support of technological solutions

*Works with other leaders to deliver services within their function

*Participates in creating new products and services where technology is concerned

*Removes all technological obstacles from business operations

*Proposes, implements and supports new technological solutions that improve business operations

*Ensures the client is ahead of the curve in terms of technology and is seen as a leader by both competitors and customers

*Uses their personal brand to build the clients reputation

*Uses their influence to grow the team

Working Hours

*Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

*Occasional travel to other office locations

Requirements

*Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

*Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

*Experience / exposure utilizing React

*Strong programming skills (java, c++ , python)

*Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)

*BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

*Ability to learn new languages and technologies

*Excellent communication skills

*Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

*Attention to detail
