On-site support and Project work
A major IT Support & Security services company that we are currently working with is looking to take on a new ‘3rd Line Support Engineer' based in Hertfordshire.
The client is interested in Support Engineers with experience and knowledge of Office 365, Networking, Storage, Backups, Exchange and VMware. You will be responsible for On-site Support, Project work and BAU support with a focus towards escalated technical issues.
A broad skill set and experience in a similar role is essential along with strong communication skills and a Full UK Drivers Licence.
Understanding of Azure, Cloud Migration and AWS would be advantageous.
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant experience in a similar engineering role
Full UK Drivers Licence
Knowledge of Office 365, Networking, Storage, Backups, Exchange and VMware
Strong Communication Skills
*Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
