NO PROBLEM. If you come in with the desire to learn and work hard and the ability to take constructive criticism, you will be set up in the best position to succeed. Frank Recruitment trainers, mentors and consultants devote all their resources and tons of time to the development of our new trainees. Upon beginning with FRG, you will be assigned a dedicated mentor, receive hands-on coaching, and participate in an introductory Boot Camp to build up your market knowledge and B2B sales and recruitment skills. We've recently revamped our Boot Camp to be more interactive and to include games, activities and competitions. We sit in an open-style floor plan so you will be able to listen in on fellow consultant's calls and bounce ideas off one another in this interactive environment.What is the goal of someone in this position?

The main goal is to sell in our services as a recruitment firm over the phone to clients and candidates within our niche IT sector. You'll be placing skilled IT professionals within our Client base; co-ordinating their interview process and maintaining a relationship with both Candidate and Client.

Average earnings in the first year are £30,000 - £45,000, with our top performers bringing in over £65,000k total earnings in their second year.
