Technical Tester / QA Engineer (Java JVM Mockito AWS). Are you a tech-driven, capable Technical Tester who is passionate about their craft? The organisation is transforming the consumer banking space through their unique cloud-based technology. They are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Tester to enhance their capabilities as they enter a new phase of growth.

As a Technical Tester you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring standards of technical excellence are met across the payments division as part of a cross-functional Agile development team. You'll have an impact from the start, creating automated test plans from scratch across the full software development lifecycle, release and CI/CD build pipelines.

In this Technical Tester role you'll work with a diverse tech stack, including Java and JVM backend alongside Mockito for unit testing. You'll be a key figure in a growing team, so this role is ideal for someone keen to have hands-on testing experience in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment.

Requirements:

*You have a wealth of experience as a Technical Tester

*You have experience of testing complex Java applications and APIs

*You are confident in building and scripting for test automation functions from scratch

*You have good working knowledge of AWS / cloud technologies

*You are a committed team player, willing to get stuck in from the start

*You have meticulous attention to detail and are a passionate technologist

*Desirable: payments / financial services experience
