ShortList Recruitment are working
with a highly collaborative software company who are recruiting for a Business
Analyst to help take ownership of projects for one of their largest customers.

The Business Analyst will be required to
oversee the planning, management and delivery of software projects. The right
Business Analyst will be business oriented and have experience gathering
requirements for software focused clients.

The Business Analyst will be
joining a talented software and product team that are encompassing all things
Agile to ensure that projects are delivered across a matrix team of developers.

Key Responsibilities for the Business
Analyst:

Generate detailed user stories, test
strategy, implementation and hand over plans
Create project delivery plan, take
ownership and help to lead the projects through to completion alongside the project
managers
Experience with Jira, Trello and Microsoft
Project
Work alongside other teams within the
business to ensure design and testing plans are fully scoped
Agile experience, including experience with
Sprints to help the project manager with sprint planning
Consider UX Design, User testing and
compliance throughout each project
Liaising with the development teams
Track assigned projects to ensure
delivery on time


The Business Analyst role rewards the
right individual with a salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits. The role is based
in Liverpool and is easily commutable from Chester, Wirral, Ellesmere Port,
Warrington and Liverpool.
