Application Support, ITIL, Document Management, iManage, 3rd Party Management,We are working with an award-winning client based in the West Midlands recruiting for someone to join their new build application support team. The client is looking for an Application Support to manage the day to day operation of their Document Management System (iManage) and selected other core applications.The company is moving into a paper-lite environment so you will be an expert in the document-related business processes and the Document Management System and drive improvements. You will provide advice and guidance to users in its effective use, monitor application KPIs, developer and maintain application and training documentation and escalate issues that require senior management attention.You will work will the application manager, Wider IT team and 3rd parties to resolve issues and to define/deliver the application roadmap.
